We understand the importance of having competent drivers to perform well in their daily tasks and duties. This requires a period of initial induction training coupled with on-going assessments and development throughout their time with the organisation. Upon obtaining their driving license, driver candidates are required to undergo a 3 months training and assessment as drivers attendants, carried out by the appointed driver-trainers of the company. Candidates who successfully complete the training will then be appointed as an official driver of SNL.
